Terms and Conditions – 11ee Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "11ee", "we", "us", "the platform" – refers to the 11ee online gaming platform operating at https://11ee.bet and all services available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your", "the user" – refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses 11ee in any capacity.
• "Account" – the personal gaming account opened by a player following successful registration and identity verification at 11ee.
• "Balance" – the sum of real-money PKR funds held in a player's 11ee account, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" – any PKR credits awarded by 11ee as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across qualifying games before it converts to withdrawable funds.
• "Services" – all gaming, betting, casino, and related services offered by 11ee including cricket betting, sports betting, card games, jackpot slots, crash games, and Teen Patti.
• "PKR" – Pakistani Rupees, the exclusive transactional currency of 11ee.
• "KYC" – Know Your Customer verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing at 11ee.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 11ee. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. 11ee reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. Any account determined to belong to a player under 18 will be permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account at 11ee. This applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used. If 11ee identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses obtained through them will be voided, and the original account may also be reviewed for suspension.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid CNIC number. 11ee will verify this information against your CNIC as part of the KYC process. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

11ee's services are directed at and designed for players in Pakistan. Players accessing 11ee from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited should not attempt to register. 11ee makes no representations that its services are available or appropriate in jurisdictions other than those it is licensed to serve.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11ee login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes sent to your registered mobile number. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 11ee support immediately at support@11ee.bet.

11ee staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 11ee and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

11ee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your 11ee account, or to a method verified as belonging to you during KYC review. 11ee does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

4.3 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request made before applicable wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your balance. Real-money funds deposited by the player are always withdrawable without restrictions, separately from bonus balances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

11ee offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, expiry timeframes, and maximum bet limits when playing with active bonus funds. 5.1 Welcome Bonus

New 11ee members qualify for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to a specified PKR cap. To convert the welcome bonus to withdrawable funds, the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount must be wagered the specified number of times on qualifying games within 30 days of the bonus being credited. 5.2 Wagering Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute at different rates toward meeting the wagering requirement on a bonus. Cricket betting and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher typically contribute 100%. Blackjack, Baccarat, and Rummy contribute at lower rates. Crash games and jackpot slots contribute at their published rates. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

11ee actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics — such as low-risk hedging bets specifically structured to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — constitute bonus abuse. 11ee reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to permanently exclude players found to be systematically exploiting promotional offers.

6 Betting Rules – Sports & Cricket

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed at 11ee are subject to acceptance by the platform. 11ee reserves the right to limit, void, or decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded or where the market odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet becomes void — and the stake is returned in full — in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum play required to produce an official result; the match result is officially deemed void by the governing body; or a market was offered in clear error with incorrect odds that no reasonable bettor could have believed to be intentional.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets at 11ee are processed as quickly as technically possible. However, there may be a delay between the real-world event and the market update on the platform. 11ee reserves the right to void in-play bets where the outcome was already definitively determined at the time the bet was placed due to a live data latency issue.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet winnings at 11ee are subject to the limits published in each market's information panel. These limits exist for risk management purposes and are applied uniformly across all players. If a winning bet would exceed the applicable limit, the payout is capped at the published maximum and the remainder of the implied winnings is not paid.

7 Casino & Card Games

All casino and card games available at 11ee — including Blackjack, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, jackpot slots, and crash games — are offered for entertainment purposes. The outcomes of all RNG games are determined by certified Random Number Generators that are independently audited. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards dealt in real time on camera.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game title at 11ee has a published minimum and maximum bet. These limits are displayed in the game's information panel before play begins. The minimum bet across most card game tables at 11ee is Rs 500. VIP table limits are available to eligible players upon request.

7.2 Malfunction Policy

In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 11ee will investigate the specific round using server logs. If a malfunction is confirmed to have affected a game outcome, the relevant round will be voided and the stake returned. Bets settled correctly before or after a localised malfunction are not affected. 11ee's decision in malfunction cases is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 11ee and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or otherwise interact with the 11ee platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format available at 11ee.
• Match fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Money laundering, deposit cycling, or any use of 11ee to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity documentation, using another person's identity, or operating an account registered in someone else's name.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 11ee staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 11ee

11ee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in prohibited conduct. During a suspension investigation, the player's balance is frozen pending the outcome. Where a breach is confirmed, 11ee will determine whether any of the frozen balance is forfeited based on the nature and extent of the breach.

9.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your 11ee account at any time by contacting support@11ee.bet. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to your last-used verified payment method within 5 working days. Bonus funds remaining in a closed account are not refunded.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 11ee will notify you by email at your registered address before any dormancy fee is applied. A monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from a dormant account balance to cover administrative costs. The fee ceases if the account balance reaches zero or the player logs back in.

10 Responsible Gaming

11ee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, all of which can be activated immediately from your Account Settings without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your 11ee account.
• Loss Limits – Define the maximum net loss you are comfortable with over a defined period. 11ee will prevent further play once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play, prompting you to review your session.
• Reality Checks – Pop-up notifications showing your session profit/loss at intervals you set.
• Cooling-Off Period – Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion – Permanently exclude yourself from 11ee. Self-exclusion is immediate and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

11 Privacy & Data

11ee collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 11ee Privacy Policy. By registering at 11ee, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them.

In summary: 11ee collects only data necessary for account operation, KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11ee platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of 11ee or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 11ee's services for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any 11ee content without prior written permission.

13 Limitation of Liability

11ee provides its gaming services on an "as is" basis. While 11ee takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free availability of its platform, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of technical errors at all times. 11ee's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of the relevant stake placed by the player in connection with that claim.

11ee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of enjoyment, arising from the use of or inability to use its services. Nothing in these Terms limits 11ee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 11ee holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from your use of 11ee that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 11ee operates.

Before escalating any dispute externally, you are strongly encouraged to contact 11ee support at support@11ee.bet. The vast majority of account, payment, and game queries are resolved at first contact by the 11ee support team without any need for formal escalation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

11ee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects players' rights or obligations — 11ee will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered players and via a prominent notification on the platform. Non-material changes (such as correction of typographical errors or clarification of existing terms) may be made without advance notice.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the change.
